‘Tis the season to start shopping
I know it’s a little early to start Christmas shopping, or at least it is in my world. But let’s face it even though we haven’t even made it to Thanksgiving, most stores have already decked the halls. So we might as well let the countdown begin.
And what better way to begin the countdown then with an advent calendar? Recently one of my good friends told me she was making advent calendars to sell this holiday season, so I couldn’t wait to see how one turned out.
I think it’s pretty awesome! The best part is, the next one she’s working on has shoes… you know how much I love shoes! And the price is pretty good to boot! $65, plus shipping.

Your friend did an awesome job. I can’t wait to decorate this year. Didn’t do much last year since we were in Ireland. Really looking forward to it.

That is very nicely done! We have a Advent Calendar every year in our house. When my daughter was younger we used to get lego advent calendars, you would have to put the legos together to see what it made, it was neat. I will have to check these out.

Very pretty! My kids love the advent calenders with chocolate too! A piece of chocolate a day until Christmas! Yum!

That is adorable! My mom made the prettiest quilted advent calendar for Aidan, but he was pissed because there are no chocolates hidden inside.
