‘They’ve had 20 years to get more crazy’ (Meet the Exes #45)

Photobucket

So you know I’m obsessed with writing about exes and the evils of exes on Facebook, so when one of my friends did a story about whether friending your ex was a good idea I couldn’t help but love it. And for me one of the best parts was Nerissa Prest interviewed my friend and etiquette coach @PatriciaRossi for her expert advice.

Check out the story:

Patricia had two of the best quotes:

“What you need to ask yourself is, would you call this person or write them a letter? Or would that be taboo? And if it is a taboo — No! Leave those bones buried. You don’t want to dig them up.”

And my personal favorite:

“If you broke up with them 20 years ago, they’ve had 20 years to get more crazy, so don’t do it!”

I couldn’t have said it any better myself.  Maybe I should ask her to write a guest post for me…

Stylishly yours,
Miss Attitude

  1. I am friends with two of my exes on Facebook – the only two I would EVER consider being friends with. Both break ups are 20ish years old and I never thought we wuold be friends, but every time they post I am amazed and proud of the men they have become. I hope they think the same about me. :D
