Have you met Dirty Talker? (Meet the Exes #31)

Photobucket

As most of you know I try and keep this blog PG-13, and today’s post makes that more difficult than usual since I’m introducing you to Dirty Talker. To call DT an ex-boyfriend is a complete stretch, but the nickname in and of itself is enough to write about him.

I met DT in a bar. He was in a band, not even a great one at that. But being in my 20s I still had a thing for boys in bands. And the other motivation to catch his attention was the competition. As the girls had gathered in front of the band there was one in particular who was trying to get his attention, well one other than me. She had fake boobs up to her neck and was wearing a tight little dress. And I thought to myself, “Oh no bimbo, he’s mine.” Seriously, that’s what I thought. And I guess I was right to an extent. He did choose me over her, but I later came to realize maybe he made the wrong choice.

I’m about to share something with you that may make you believe I’m a prude. I really don’t dig dirty talking, particularly from someone I haven’t known very long. There are words that just aren’t in my vocabulary. While I drop the F-bomb like nobody’s business, I don’t like the vulgar descriptions of the anatomy including C U Next Tuesday and the male c-word, you know like a rooster.

So when DT started busting out with that type of language, not only was I unimpressed, I was turned off. Now I know what you’re thinking, you can’t be too much of a prude if you put yourself in that position. And that’s a point well taken, but we’ll skip ahead to the next turn off.

DT was my first experience in manscaping. And to say he took it to the extreme is an understatment. I can’t help it, but I have a big problem with a man who spends more time down there grooming than most women I know. I know it’s pretty commonplace now, but back then most of the men I knew were more manly less metrosexual.

So basically this pretty hot guy turned me cold. I couldn’t get away from him fast enough. But you know how it is, when you want to see someone again you don’t, and when you don’t want to see him again you do. And that’s the way it was with Dirty Talker. I kept running into him for a while, being forced to make small talk before making my getaway every time. I’m not sure he even knew why I couldn’t get away from him fast enough, because I just couldn’t find the words, dirty or otherwise, to explain it.

Stylishly yours,
Miss Attitude

I have to admit I’ve never been into the dirty talk, it just doesn’t enhance anything for me. :D Somehow I think if they have to bring the dt into the conversation they might be compensating for something  This was a fantastic post!

Wonder how the DT came up, was he such a doofus that he just busted it in normal conversation?

Wow, he must have been something, why did it take this long for you to introduce us to him ;-( xD

I am not a fan of the dirty talk either. It always cues bad porn music in my head which totally ruins a mood! :D

LMAO!!! I had to read this purely because of the title. Dirty talk yes, but it depends on the talker!
