Everyone needs to have an emotional garage sale every now and then… Sell that old baggage that is no use to you anyway and just get rid of it. It’s just clutter in your life, right? And when I mean sell it… I mean release it mentally… clear your head of it, free your mind and look forward. There’s always a tomorrow!

OMG! did you write this post about me (well not me but a certain boy not to be named?) haha! I really can not say it any better than topsurf. In my case he had his baggage hidden until I decided to fall for him. Do not think he even knows how much his baggage weighs.

I agree with Topsurf. Everyone has baggage, but so many people try to shove it in the closet and close the door so they can pretend it doesn’t exist. Then one day, you open that closet dor just a crack and BAM! It all comes tumbling out.

Anyone who says they have no baggage should be avoided at all costs!

Baggage is like that room in your house that everyone has, you know, one that you have all your crap dumped in and it’s a mess and you don’t want anyone to see it. So you close the door and when friends come over you don’t let them in it.

That’s what I think of when talking about baggage.

Everyone has some sort of baggage, some more so than others.

If someone tells you they have none I don’t think it’s the truth.

I think it’s more about how they have dealt with their baggage along the way. Some people deal with it which helps them over come and learn from it and others just sweep it under the carpet and hope the carpet never gets lifted or moved to reveal the dirt. It’s the ones who just sweep it under the carpet you want to try to avoid.
