If you haven’t met my pal and Saucy Queen Michele Northrup or tasted any of her award-winning all natural hot sauces, you are missing out! Her Tampa-based company Intensity Academy was just voted to have the #1 ketchup in the nation!

It’s one of three awards she won at the 2010 Scovie Awards. The Intensity Academy’s Chai Thai Teriyaki came in second & the Green Tea Gourmet Sauce came in third in the stir-fry categories. And let me tell you, you will just love the Chai Thai Teriyaki sauce. Michele has a great recipe to make to-die-for meatballs with it.
I’ve also used it to make tacos. Just add it to your ground beef instead of seasoned taco mix.
I also enjoy the Carrot Karma hot sauce. You can add it into sour cream for a great dip.
It’s so flavorful, you’d swear there were more ingredients in your dip than the sauce and sour cream. By the way, I used fat free sour cream and it still tastes great. Just check out the taco salad I recently made with both sauces.
