I want to thank everyone who has generously offered to help me with my condo situation. I appreciate the offers more than you’ll ever know, especially considering many of you don’t even know me in real life. Whenever something gets me down, I’m always amazed how the kindness of your friends and even complete strangers make the situation a little more bearable. I’m very grateful to one of my “lifer” friends who’s letting me stay at her house while everything is sorted out. She even took the day off to help me yesterday, and I can’t thank her enough for always being there for me through the ups and downs of this roller coaster of life.
I’m still not into rehashing how the cleanup is going, but it’s pretty safe to say not as far along as I’d like. And when I walked in there a short time ago, it smelled like a stinky bathroom to me! So to lighten the mood.. here’s what I think about what happened earlier yesterday. (Hell, what I think of owning this condo since it’s flooded twice now!)

Oh Jen! I am so sorry you had to wake up to that! Just wondering…would a good lawyer help you in this situation? You’ve had quite a few problems with pipes in this brand, new condo. I think it may be time to explore your options.
